ZAFA Hormones Division is a dedicated facility for the manufacture of Hormonal products.

It has been built on latest WHO and cGMP guidelines and is one of the few dedicated facilities operating around the world. This facility is over an area of 17,000 square feet with additional large storage area materials. This facility currently exports its products range to various countries around the world. This facility is approved by the Federal Ministry if Health, Government of Pakistan in addition to this it has also been inspected and approved by Mr. Bryan Hartley. Ex –Head Inspection and Enforcement, MCA of the united Kingdom. Some of the products manufactured at this facility includes FAMILA -28 (ZAFA Internationally acclaimed low dose oral contraceptive) ,cis –isomer,) Noregyn (Norethisterone ), Gynofen (Clomifene citrate) beside others.

ZAFA DEDICATED BETA-LACTAM .

ZAFA Beta-Lactam Division is our dedicated facility for the manufacture of Beta-lactam (Penicillin only) products. The facility is built as per latest cGMP guidelines and designed for facilitating better environmental control ,material movement and personal flow in order to avoid across contamination. The total covered area of this facility is around 40,000 square feet.various products manufactured at this facility are exported to various countries around the world .some of the products manufactured at this includes Zamoclav Range,(Co-Amoxiclave range of tablets, suspension and injections).Zoxicillin Range (Amoxicillin contaning capsule, suspension and injections).Zampilox Range (Ampicillin+ Cloxacillin containing capsule, suspension and injection). Zampicillin Range (Ampicillin range of tablets,suspensions and injections) beside others.

ZAFA DEDICATED CEPHALOSPORIN.

ZAFA Cephalosporin Division is our dedicated facility for the manufacture of Cephalosporin products. This facility is built as per latest cGMP guidelines and is designed for facilitating better environmental control, material movement and personnel flow in order to avoid cross contamination.

After successful commissioning, the facility was offered to MOH,Govt of Pakistan in order to conduct official inspection for granting of manufacturing license in August 2008. The products manufactured at this facility are exported to various countries around the world some of the products manufactured at this facility includes Zafixime (Cefotaxime injection), Zefrtox(Ceftrixone injection). Zipenta (Ceftazidime injection). Ceforal (Cefixime capsule and suspension). Cephagen-1 (Cephradine) Oroxizaf (Cefadroxil) beside others.

DEDICATED SOFT-GELATIN CAPSULE MANUFACTURING.

ZAFA soft –Gelatin capsule facility is a dedicated world class facility for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products requiring soft-gelatin formulations. The gelatin used at this plant is 100% of HALAL origin .Being dedicated no-cross contamination between products. As gelatin is an ideal medium for Growth therefore there is a requirement of keeping this facility dedicated. This facility is built over an area of 17,000 square feet and has additional large storage area for storage of materials. This facility can be used to manufacture cardiovascular, vitamin and other preparation in soft –Gelatin capsules. Products from this facility are also exported to the United States of America. Some of the products manufactured at this facility include Zescap (Vitamin –E). CODLI-AD (Halal Cod –Liver oil capsule). VADORAL Capsule (Soft Ge Vitamin A & Vitamin-D) beside others.
