Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 Indication:
Neuralgia and neuritis of toxic and non-toxic origin.

Dosage: 1 ampoule daily or on alternate days.

Note: It is most advisable to give IV injection diluted with glucose.

Indication: It is used for moderate to severe infections against susceptible organisms including tuberculosis, tularemia, plague, streptococcal endocarditis & enterococcal endocarditis.

Benzathine Penicillin G
Indication: It is used for the treatment of erysipelas, syphilis, yaws & pinta. It is used prophylactically for rheumatic fever (chorea, rheumatic carditis), post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis & erysipelas.

Dosage:

Adults: 1.2M IU
Children (< 30 kg body weight): 0.6M IU
Children (> 30 kg body weight): 1.2M IU

Cephradine

Indication: It is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, including upper respiratory tract infections, ear infections, skin infections, and
urinary tract infections.

Dosage: The Usual Daily Dose is 2-4 g daily in four equally divided doses intramuscularly or intravenously (e.g. 500 mg to 1 g four times a  day).
